The crack has been a major public health problem and social. Effects and learned behavior by these users have moved their effect on society in finding an effective way to treat your customers. The fissure, the determining factor in the establishment of addiction and relapse, has been the main point of the battle with the drug users. This has tempted some of their own strategies in order to control it and then not become so vulnerable to aggressive and dangerous risks to assume that the acquisition of the drug. Ayahuasca has been used as an alternative in the pursuit of abstinence from crack, cocaine, although there are discordant discourses about this practice. This paper aims to study how to process the interference oh this plant in dependence on crack, evaluating, through drug users, internal changes which occur in cases where abstinence is achieved.
