Abstract In this project we wish to apply the Engineering Reservoir program to the context of networks of cavities filled by atomic samples and, possibly, also to the laser theory. In the former case, our main concern is to extend the Engineering Reservoir technique for the protection of entangled state associated to spatially separated quantum systems, such as atomic samples or polaritons placed in distinct cavities of the network. Apart from the protection of entangled states of mesoscopic systems, we must also analyze the implementation of processes such as the state transfer of the radiation field, the atomic samples, or their combinations ---the polaritons--- between distinct cavities of the network, pursuing, through Engineering Reservoir techniques, the maximization of their fidelities. We also intend to analyze the possibility to apply the Engineering Reservoir to manipulate the properties of the laser radiation. Since the Engineering Reservoir consists in submitting the system of interest to auxiliary interactions that lead to changes in the structure of the Liouvillian operator coming from the reservoir effects, we intend to submit the active medium of laser to distinct interactions with additional radiation fields and analyze the consequence.
