Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of coordinating the state's climate change policy (PEMC) (13 798 the law of November 9, 2009, and Decree 55947 of June 24, 2010), may exercise under the new institutional framework the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo (RMSP) (additional law of the State of Sao Paulo No. 1139 of June 2011), for the formulation and implementation of a metropolitan political climate in the Greater São Paulo.
