Abstract

The student Victor, should develop a research program at the level of scientific initiation, related to the fact that geologists are concerned mainly with the rocks that make up the outside of the Earth and the fluids and the resources they contain, as well as various aspects of Earth's deep interior, the applications of AFM in Geology, among many, include evaluation of the deformation of geological materials, studies of friction of the rock, understanding of the fundamental processes of micro-mechanics, which are responsible for the dependence of the frictional resistance in the sliding velocity (sliding movement and time, for an understanding of the future earthquake.
