Abstract

The objective of this research is the analysis of interpolation applied at different spacings for the collection of soil pH mapping on small farms that fall into the category of family farming in the region of Ourinhos, SP. The techniques used follow the basics of precision farming, however, proposes to develop method of analysis that dispenses the use of expensive equipment, inaccessible to small farmers. To develop the research will be made collections of georeferenced soil samples in the field, analyzes of soil samples in the laboratory of the Ourinhos Campus of UNESP and spatial distribution of the results in maps that are generated from interpolation techniques and GIS. So, we seek to meet rural development using alternatives that reduce the use of machinery, equipment and supplies, minimizing the financial costs and impacts on the environment.(AU)
