Abstract

In this project, we develop the basic elements of the theory of ordinary differential equations and their relations to Classical Mechanics. The comprehension of such elements is fundamental for many areas of research nowadays, and so we are sure it will be a key step on the student development, enabling him to pursue more advanced topics related to those that are currently under research by his advisor and/or his research group under the Thematic Project "Dynamics in low dimensions", specifically on the questions about lagrangian and hamiltonian systems.(AU)
