Abstract

The project consists of studying the existent relation between uniaxial tensile and bulge tests to determine if the later one is a suitable method for rheological characterization of superplastic materials. Therefore, the research also includes both the conduction of these tests for Pb-Sn60 alloy and the study of membrane theory, especially, for evaluating the existing models for bulge thickness determination.
