Abstract Nowadays we live a population explosion and economic growth in emerging countries like Brazil. Faced with this reality the transport sector is having an urgent need to fit the new demands. In this scenario, we highlight the aviation sector that in period of economic growth, growing much more than income or GNP. So health is seen as an attribute of capacity along with other skills and expertise. In particular exercise that function also involves the shift work and scales influencing the circadian cycle. This research aims to identify the chronotype and check the quality of life of workers in the Control Tower International Airport of Guarulhos / SP and determine actions to promote the improvement of general health and consequently to improve the quality of life. Intervention will be applied in order to sensitize employees to adopt healthy eating habits, sleep and physical activity. Data analysis will occur in two stages in the pre and post intervention. Will use the SPSS V.11 for the descriptive analysis, frequency, and for comparison of independent samples, and adopted value of p <0.05. | |
