Abstract

The National Policy on Humane Care and Management (HNP) has been implemented and developed since 2003 at the initiative of the Ministry of Health This is an activity that invites users, workers and managers to reflect and change modes of producing and care to manage the Unified Health System (UHS). The HNP has, among its assumptions, sustain the inseparability between formation, knowledge production, and intervention processes in health practices. In this context of engendering between force and technology products and producers HNP, SUS and institutional democratization inscribe a methodology: support work processes in health as a way to intervene, operating on the reality of clinical and management to effect transformation in production practices of health. This way, we understand that talk of support as a function leads us to plan actions where this technology fits - the support function is precisely effected transformation in modes of health production, affirming clinical and management as a field of knowledge and practice inseparable. This project has proposed to map and analyze publications about the support function (institutional support, matrix support, and management support), using the bibliographic databases (Bireme, Google Scholar, ISI, Medline, SciELO, Scopus,) to query. This project is linked with the research "Formation in the humanizing SUS: assessing the effects of formation processes of institutional supporters in the production of health in the territories of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, and São Paulo."(AU)
