Abstract

The current artistic practices, though profuse, share a similar spirit, addressing, each in its own way, to the things of the world. The place of everyday life, then, is up today as a place of reflection. This project begins as a personal journey of artistic production within which the daily object gained ground. The project aims to produce a body of work that makes use of everyday objects, discussing his poetic developments within contemporary art, specifically in the three-dimensional languages. It is intended here, to make new poetic developments, new ways to reveal the poetic sense of everyday objects, new forms of (re)signify them in the context of art, doing so with the artistic experience being the founder of thought. Thus, the project deals with procedures and ways to insert the everyday object in the field of three-dimensional language, considering that it is through the dialogue established between the poetic and symbolic content of the object with the different ways to insert it in the artistic context that work will be presented as new poetic experiences. What is part of the project is a series of analyzes - imprint practical, theoretical / interdisciplinary, historical - that give support and underpin the development of practical work, so that the discourse level and artistic production dialogue with critical views, historic and theoretical.
