Abstract

This study aims to analyze the informational demand of physicians in the clinical context of one university hospital in Sao Paulo State, Brazil. This research will use a qualitative exploratory design with a focus on interviews. The population that will be interviewed is composed by 52 physicians, female or male, all graduate in medicine and registered at the Medical Regional Council of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Physicians retired will not be included in this research. Considering the results obtained, this research can generate evidence for health institutions to create or make available information services with a focus on clinical practice and medical decision making.(AU)
