Abstract

Obesity has become an important public health problem. According, morbid obesity prevalence is also growing. There is no consensus about the best method to measure body composition in this population. A simple, easy, accurate, reproducible and inexpensive method is desirable. Our study will compare Body Adiposity Índex and Bioeletric Impedance in 300 morbid obese patients.
