Abstract

This research is immediately focused on the validity requirements of commercial electronic contracts. Its aim is to study what is necessary to the perfect concretion of this kind of contract. Due to its anomalies, such as the distance between contractors and the lack of trust, it has become extremely difficult to use the traditional contracts law to regulate electronic contracts. Therefore, taking the oddities of commercial electronic contracts into consideration, the analysis of contracts principles and rules already used is extremely important. It is necessary to make possible the identification of new requirements and adaptation of those which already exist to e-contracts. The union of several research methods will allow the discovery of validity requirements specifically suitable for electronic contracts. As a consequence, this investigation will also reach results to fill gaps related to the regulation of e-commerce. By reason of globalization and the constant increase of the use of the internet and e-commerce, and international regulation of Internet contracts, giving more protection to consumers, is absolutely necessary and urgent. As a result, this research is necessary, because it can help the evolution of electronic consumers protection as well as the adaptation of general rules to the electronic world.(AU)
