Abstract

The aim of this project is: the obtainment of some molecules of interest (ursolic acid, oleanolic acid, rosmarinic acid , usnic acid and difractaic acid) present in natural sources, and the evaluation of these compounds against resistant bacteria. The aim is also to prepare some derivatives for optimization of results obtained in these bioassays. The compounds that present promising will be evaluated for their cytotoxicity. The promising compounds will also be incorporated into nanoparticles and evaluated their release profile. (AU)
