Abstract

The comparison between cities enrich each cientific academic research that has the urban space like environment of study. In relation with the quality of urban life, the european cities are a step ahead of the basic needs. For brazilian cities, that is a necessity to grow up the quality of your basic services like water supply and sewer treatments, a city like Strasbourg could be an example of goal to be achieved in a long term for public politics to improve the quality of life for your population.
