Abstract

In our master degree dissertation, studies on PARACONSISTENT LOGIC DL and applications in LAW We were interested in the development of a dialectical logic DL, the construction of a paraconsistent deontic system and the introduction of interpretation operators in classical logic. Our current research aims to expand the use of the paraconsistent deontic logic DL-DQ= which is obtained from DL by the addition of quantifiers and equality operators. We also present the systems input/output and Alchourrón´s logic of normative propositions and compare to DL-DQ= which we believe is a better formal system. Also we intend to apply the logic DL-DQ = in the solution of deontic paradoxes. (AU)
