Abstract

This study examines the work of professional/social workers in the Judiciary, institutions subdivided into districts, counties, and districts as part of the Brazilian state. The acting professional/social worker, while skilled labor inserted in the socio-technical division of labor, takes place in this institution, so interlocutor with the judge and the user population, supporting judicial decisions, taking as a basis for carrying out the work professional theoretical and methodological, ethical-political and technical-operational. Know and analyze under what conditions and how there has been the performance of the / a social worker within the 39th Circuit Court of Appeals of São Paulo-SP, its limits, and possibilities, its posture toward the realization of the Project Ethical-Political Professional, its commitment to the Code of Ethics and the use of their instrumentality, is the goal of this research.(AU)
