Abstract

For the fruit can provide better economic returns to producers, it is necessary to increase the technology, which requires the development of basic research as proposed in this project. Among the environmental factors of soil acidity are related to the ones that most affect productivity, especially in tropical regions. For the culture of Red Pitaya, no experimental data that indicate the proper base saturation to achieve high yields. Thus, given the paucity of information in the literature, this research project aims to assess the effects of liming on growth and early development, and to verify its effects on soil fertility and nutritional status of plants Hylocereus undatus depending on the application of different doses of concealer.
