Abstract

This project aims to study techniques used for data visualization, focusing on music databases and multidimensional projection techniques. Furthermore, the focus is also to study techniques used for audio processing and implement the technique HPCP (Harmonic Pitch Class Profile). With this, we want to analyze the behavior of the data through the projections made with the technique LAMP (Local Affine Multidimensional Projection). This study aims to prepare the student for more advanced research on the dynamics of audio files and their similarities. (AU)
