Abstract

This research aims to investigate the perspective of the Folha de São Paulo about the constituent process, especially, about the constitutional regulation of the right to communication, considering that the substantiality of the Brazilian constitution also is characterized by the citizens and society participation in its elaboration. To fulfill this objective the research analyzes the editorials of the Folha de São Paulo, produced during the constituent process in intention to verify which was its ideological positioning about the right to communication.
