Abstract

Professor Luiz Marcellino de Oliveira (1938-2008) graduated in psychology in 1966, in the University of São Paulo, and from this time on he worked in various research areas, such as malnutrition, neuroscience and learning. He had significant influence in the field of the Experimental Analysis of Behavior, participated in the creation of SPRP / SBP, even assuming its presidency, and also established the first laboratory of Nutrition and Behavior of the country. The aim of this project is to provide a historical description of the scientific performance of this teacher in the areas of Research, Education and Extension, based on documents of his personal file, obtained in the period in which he worked at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo, as well as organizing, cleaning, classification and description of this documentation, to the composition of a catalog that allows access to the documents, and a description of the performance and contribution in research and teaching of this researcher.
