Abstract

The present research will analise the conditions of life and work of the salaried rural workers, especifically the ones with direct or indirect link with the transnational enterprise Monsanto Company localized in county Ipuã/SP. The initiative of this research arised after a research in this county that made evident the fact that several workers who were working in the sugarcane agribusiness, after loosing their jobs, started working in other places of the rural area, as the coffe farming or the corn farming in the area of the city of Franca/SP. Arised then the necessity of analising which are the real conditions of these workers and analise if they have their labor rights guaranteed. We understand the relevance of this debate inside the professional scope, once the exploitation of these workers in the Capitalist System configures itself as one of the expressions of the social question.
