Abstract

After studying about the etiology and the functioning of borderline patients, which resulted in a reorganization of the psychical apparatus proposal performed during the doctorate research, the present research project aims at leaning over the investigation of the analytical relation with borderlines patients specificities throughout the recapture of concepts such as transference, countertransference and projective identification as well as deepening the study of the concept of enactment. The aim is to better circumscribe a concept that has been extended and whose limits have been erased throughout time; discuss the pertinence of proposing such concept in order to name the analytical relation with borderline patients specificity and not only using it as a transference variation; discuss which may be the analytical intervention before an enactment; and finally, establish an articulation between the analytical relation specificities of such patients and the etiologic hypothesis as well as topic revision developed in a previous study in an attempt to pinpoint how an analytical intervention can change the psychical apparatus.
