Abstract

A fact known by many in the present is the urgency for alternatives to all material dumped by man.In civil construction, this reality is the same, and the need of a move is always increasing. Although, to occur private investment, several evidences of economical feasibility and fiscal incentives. Aiming that, the city of São José do Rio Preto passed a bill that allows easy disposal of debris for some companies responsable for its destination, since they fulfill some duties. That way, you can use materials found at the recycling plant for the purpose of studying its mechanical characteristics and feasibility, throughout the manufacturing of soil-cement pressed bricks.
