Abstract

From the conception that in the current conjuncture of dispute among different forces in Brazilian society there is a "perverse confluence" between political distinct projects of society and State, this research has for objective to analyze the processes of conformation of social and political forces and its relation with the dispute between political projects in healthcare. For this will be held a case study in Heliopolis, Sao Paulo, SP, with own tools and techniques of ethnographic method, with the prospect of correlating the multiplicity of political interactions own a territory with the economic, political and social context record in the case is inserted.
