Abstract

This research has as main objective critically discuss the theme of cooperative production mode, starting from the reference of Institutional Analysis (IA) and its fundamental operators: a self-analysis and self-management. For this, we characterize conceptually this theoretical and methodological perspective and also intend to build an analysis problematical of theme cooperative work current, based on the literature. After instrumentalized by A. I. and the discussion of the essential aspects of the phenomenon investigated, as specific objectives, we propose also realize a study the case singular of the Incubator for Popular Cooperatives of Unesp from Assis, SP (Incop Unesp - Assis), utilising the participant observation, organizing a collection of documents and organizing a collection of documents and also doing semi-directed with the founders of this institutional establishment. We intend to describe the process of institutionalization, as well as activities it perform, with its impasses, difficulties and advances. We aim to contribute to the construction of systematic knowledge in this area, still little explored in the context of the Psychology.
