Abstract

Modifications topographical and physicochemical implant surface have been proposed to increase the percentage of bone-implant contact, especially in areas of low bone density further biological responses in a shorter period of regeneration and hence promote long-term success of dental implants. The aim of this study is to evaluate the surfaces of commercially pure titanium implants (Ticp) with machined surface with and without deposition of calcium phosphate (CaP) by the method similar to biomimetic and evaluate the bone / implant interface in standard model in rat tibia. 128 will be used in this study implants of commercially pure titanium and a diameter of 1.6 3.0 mm in height, 64 and 64 with the machined surface with a surface modified base by the method similar to CaP biomimetic surface modification to be installed in the tibia of rats. Euthanasia periods are 7, 15, 30 and 40. The specimens shall be subjected to histometric analysis and immunohistochemistry.
