Abstract

The objective of this study in vitro is to evaluate the influence of different temperatures and ceramic thicknesses in properties of luting agents. For this, the luting agents (RelyX - Arc 3M/ESPE; RelyX Ultimate - 3M/ESPE, and Filtek Z350 Flow - 3M/ESPE) will be handled with different temperatures (23ºC or 54ºC), and light cured through ceramic discs of lithium disilicate with thicknesses of 0.75 or 1.5 mm. The photoactivation will be performed with 2nd generation LED (Bluephase i-16 Ivoclar Vivadent), with irradiance of 1060 mW/cm², in continuous mode for 40 seconds. Tests of microhardness Knoop, degree of conversion, sorption/solubility, ultimate tensile strength and crosslink density of fixing agents will be performed. The results will be submitted to statistical analysis. (AU)
