Abstract

Under the auspices of a technology based medicine and its correspondent concept of medical practice and care is built the current health economics, wich we seek to make an analysis be means of the concepts of circles of cooperation in space and spatial circuits of production, according to Santos (2008), along with the concept of Health Industrial Complex - HIC (Gadelha, 2003). This research seeks to systemyze informations capable to provide a theorical and empirical discussion about the role and functions of the medical congresses in the development of cooperation circles between the HIC agents, for whom, medical congresses are powerful stimulation instruments of the productive spatial circuits of healthand the penetration of the corparate logic in hospitals, through the promotion of a psychosphere and technosphere (SANTOS, 2008) in healthcare (ALMEIDA, BICUDO, 2010)
