Abstract

The objective of this project is to evaluate the nutritional status of tomato fruits with industrial purpose, making use of methodologies CND (Diagnosis of Nutritional Composition), and transforming the isometric log ratio (ilr), to set standards, identify and rank the nutritional limitations. To do so would form a database composed of 200 entries, each entry consisting of soil analysis, crop fertilization, foliar analysis and business productivity, coming from farms in the state of São Paulo, producers of tomato for processing. The compositional analysis of vector tissue is composed of the nutrients N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, B, Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn. (AU)
