Abstract

Worldwide scientific research evolves every day, either in quantity and quality, where scientific knowledge is generated through the use experimental methods of high reliability and accuracy. On the other hand, in the animal experimentation, predominate actions in order to minimize factors external that may influence behavioral parameters, since that the experimental manipulation itself can be a factor for anxiogenic the groups. The present study is a guideline to assess the behavior of rats that were subjected to malnutrition in post weaning phase and sequentially subjected to nutritional recovery. The animals will be evaluated in the open field test, elevated plus maze and also cross through the Skinner box to analyze the determination of operant level. The work on display is based on the state of the art analysis of psychological background. (AU)
