Abstract

The possibility of measuring semantic informativity is an open problem. The aim of this project is to study the logical aspects of the semantic information of deductions, considering the existence of levels of abstraction in semantic information. More accurately, this research has two specific aims: (1) to evaluate the possibility of understanding the leves of abstraction as sorts in many-sorted structures and (2) to determine the influence of these levels in the measurement of semantic informativity of deductions.
