Abstract

The Warehouses of Recycling Waste have been, as a rule, created from abandoned sheds, lent by the Municipal Government and they have been unable to sustain such economic activity or provide social integration of their workers, or provide social integration of their workers or establish an appropriated constructive pattern for the current demands of architectural and technological qualities based on environmental, social and economic sustainability. Construction's technologies proposed for CISSAs (acronym in Portuguese for Centers for environmental sustainability and social integration) are the object of the study for this research project; in general, the study will be realized through an appraisal of the architectonic and constructive project proposed specifically for ARPE's CISSA (Association of Recyclers from the city of Presidente Epitácio - SP, Brazil). The appraisal consists of an analysis of technical and financial viability, compared to traditional local construction solutions, and to evaluate the positive impacts. For this, a literature review of research topics will be held. It will be elected the main construction technologies and the main proposals of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) design for CISSA-ARPE. In this way, it will be possible to have a review of the positive impacts of these new constructions technologies, more efficient, more suitable with social, environmental and economic current demands.
