Abstract

This project would evaluate the effect of mycelial growth of strains 06/04 ABI, ABI 04/02, ABI 11/16, 11/19 ABI, ABI 11/14, 11/15 ABI of Agaricus bisporus and the pathogen Lecanicillium fungicola, which causes the disease "dry bubble" involving the application of different fungicides. For this, the project will be developed in three phases, in the first phase will be held 1 experiment, in the second will be held 4 experiments and in the third will be held 2 experiments. To perform the first and second phase of this project four fungicides were selected (Derosal 500 SC, Folicur 200 EC, Stroby SC and Locker). The first phase will consist of one double factorial experiment [4 fungicides + control vs 2 modes of inoculation (spore suspension and inoculation of mycelial discs)], and only used the L. fungicola. The second phase will consist of four experiments in double factorial (4 dilutions + control vs 7 strains), being the dilutions 10-1, 10-2, 10-3 and 10-4 and the corresponding 6 strains of A. bisporus and the isolated of L. fungicola. The third phase will consist of two experiments in double factorial (5 times of inoculation + control vs 2 effects on mycelial growth), being one experiment with A. bisporus and one with L. fungicola. We know that the use of pesticides can influence in different ways the microbial metabolism, such that reduced doses can stimulate fungal growth, and larger doses may reduce it. We intend to find this project a dose that stimulate the growth of A. bisporus and in against reduce the growth of L. fungicola. (AU)
