Semantic-syntactic interface of noun phrases in descriptive naming

Abstract

There are many noun phrases (NP) that have the structure with a common noun (Cn) and a complement, in that complement there is fill with many kinds of phrases. That NP make reference to only object, p. eg. "Operação Guilhotina" (Operation Guillotine), "Progama Universidade para Todos" (Program University for All"), "Projeto Rondon" (Project Rondon), "Marha para Cristo (March for Christ), "Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (PNAE)" (National Program of Schol Feeding) . That kind of NP looks have a hybrid semantic nature because it has semantic features from proper name (PrN) and from definite descriptions (DD). The representation can be "Cn + x", that "x" can be filld by any phrase (VP, AP, PP, NP). Although many variety of kind that NP we can see semantic and syntatic roles limiting their complement in "x". We aims describe the principals of that complex structure and how way it can refer only object. The roles of generation that NP is stabilized, however it is not described, than this proposal wants make it.
