Abstract

The proteins (Pab1, Pbp1 and Pbp4) are consider as major prerequisite for stressgranule assembly, which interacts with each other as well as other proteins with LSMdomains. These all protein interactions analysis will be done in this proposal by the use of biochemical, biophysical analysis along with bioinformatics in parallel. In this proposal, we propose the structural characterization and study of the interaction mode of proteins as well as with RNA complexes, both in vitro and in vivo analysis. In addition, we will use molecular optimization of these compounds using - computational design, biochemical and biophysical assays and further characterization of the protein-protein or protein-RNA complexes.
