Abstract

The appropriation of public spaces for writtings of frases, brands or drawings, such as in graffiti and pichação, are a phenomena that occure in big urban centres worldwide, but not limeted to them. In Brazil the pichação, in opposition to graffiti, became socialy marginalized, with the support of laws and public politics against the practice of pichação. The pichação itself is a phenomenon of transgressive nature that have in the ilegal act its driving force tha perpetuates and maintains the movement. The discouse analisys, interview with the actors that directly relates with this phenomenon and the research already made in this field will help in the comprehenssion of this two-way intolerance, from the pichadores towards the soceity, and from the soceity towards them. The psychoanalisys can contribute in the analisys of this phenomenon by the identification process in wich the pichador goes by individualy an in group and the relationship with laws, and other factors. It is to bring to the surface the injunctions unconsciously produced by these actors and the intolerant nature resident in them, from the perspective of soceity and the subjects envolved in the act.
