Abstract

The objective of this project is to evaluate the effects of supplementation intra egg glycosaminoglycans (chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine) and vitamin C on the parameters of incubation and bone structure chicks at day old, thus minimizing the occurrence of tibial dyschondroplasia that affect birds in the creation phase. For this incubation which will be used 500 fertile eggs of broilers will be held, distributed in a completely randomized design with five treatments (intact eggs, eggs injected with 100 of Mili-Q water without supplement; eggs injected with 2% surcharge / 100 l Milli-Q water, eggs injected with 4% supplement / 100 of Milli-Q water, eggs injected with 6% addition / 100 of Milli-Q water) and five replicates of 20 eggs each, total 100 eggs per treatment. The following analysis will be performed: hatchability, hatching, weight loss of eggs, embryo mortality on body weight, organ biometrics, mineral profile, strength and bone densitometry. Statistical analyzes will be performed using the Statistical Analysis System SAS ® (2002) and in case of significance averages are compared by Tukey test at 5% probability.
