Abstract

The continued and successive introduction of technological innovations in the industry of tomato crop is key to increased productivity, whose culture has been one of the most important in the world and agribusiness. One of the factors most relevant to the increase in productivity is the mineral plant nutrition and fertilization of culture, since they have direct impact also on fruit quality, profitability of farming and the environment. Therefore, the project was proposed with the objective of evaluating the nutritional status of tomato, with purpose to industry of fruit, using the methodologies of the CND (Composition Nutritional of Diagnosis) and isometric transformation of the log ratio (ilr), to establish standards, identify and rank the nutritional limitations. Thus, it was established carry 200 samples (samples or entries) in production fields and, or, experiments, in São Paulo to compose the database. These entries contain soil analysis and diagnosis of nutritional status leaf.
