Abstract

The agouti, the third biggest wild Brazilian rodent, is an animal who presents a great recent scientific interest, as reported by several papers in the last years. The aim of this research will be to describe this species' stomach, liver and spleen in six fixed corpses, that went from the Catanduva/SP City Zoo, as regarding those anatomical characteristics.
