Abstract

The research discusses the relationship between the colonial situation, the national claim and the regional reconfiguration of two small territories under dispute - Ceuta and Gibraltar - sited on the southern border of Spain in the context of the European Union. The research will be carried out based on the analysis of political and legal documents, reports on border cities newspaper and bibliographical research.
