Abstract

The aim of this research proposal is to give continuity to an interdisciplinary study program on collective responsibility. Both the concept of responsibility as well as that of responsible subject are enlarged: in the case of responsibility, it includes not only the legal, but also the moral and the political responsibility, and, in the case of the responsible subject, it comprises all collectivities, whose actions caused damages, including not only collectivities recognized as such by public and private law, but also those without a legal status, but existent in society.
