Abstract

The CI proposal is to investigate, in 60 depressed patients, correlates between changes in motor cortical excitability measures and depression score obtained by scales of evaluation of depression sintomatology (HAM-D e MADRS). Both data are going to be collected in 2 moments of the study: the first day, before any intervention, and on the 15th day of the study, in which the participants were located for one of the 3 possible interventions (active TDCS and placebo medication, placebo TDCS and active medication or double placebo). The relation between changes in motor cortical excitability measures and the type of intervention is also going to be analyzed.
