Abstract

Considering the scope of behavioral therapy, is important to study the effectiveness of intervention performed, and the therapeutic interaction, which can enlarge or reduce the effects of therapy. In general, it can be said that there are still few effectiveness studies and / or therapeutic interaction studies in women with comorbidity anxiety and depression. This study has the general objective to describe the effects of Behavioral Analytical Therapy and therapeutic interaction for the treatment of women clients with anxiety and depression, conducted by therapists trainees. The instruments will be used are Patient Health Questionarie (PHQ -9), BAI (Beck Anxiety Inventory) and BDI (Beck Depression Inventory), applied in pre test, post-test and follow-up. The results of product measures (results of the intervention) will be compared for levels of anxiety / depressive symptoms in pre test measures, post-test and follow-up. The audio of the therapy sessions will be categorized according to the Multidimensional System of Therapeutic Interaction Behaviors Categorization (SiMCCIT) (Zamignani, 2007), considering the frequency of the categories of vocal verbal behavior of therapists and clients as well as the themes of the sessions .
