Abstract

This study aims to measure the environmental sustainability of the reproductive stage/hatchery cultivation of lambari from Atlantic Forest (Deuterodon iguape) at Piscigranja of the Peruibe municipality. Thus, we will evaluate the production systems of these fish and applied environmental indicators. For this, will be performed measures of dissolved oxygen, salinity, temperature, and pH by multiparameter probes. Water samples, fish, sediments, and gases will be collected. These will be analyzed in the Sustainability Laboratory of UNESP São Vicente for determination of greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, methane), nitrous oxide and total nitrogen, organic and total carbon of water, carbon and total nitrogen, energy value in sediment, fish and on your diet and amount of phosphorus. This data will be calculated indicators of the environmental sustainability of the stage of reproduction/hatchery of lambaris cultivation.
