Abstract

The present plan is dedicated to develop a computer program for riser project. It will employ a particular case of the finite element method, composed by unidimensional structures in two dimensions. From all possible loading such a riser can be exposed, only static or quasi-static (such as the ones derived from current and buoyancy) will be considered.
