Abstract

Movement and dance are of fundamental importance for the child at Children's education because they are a major tool to relate to the world around them, build their repertoire of experiences and appropriating the forms of his own body and his physical abilities, social, cognitive, affective and others. The question that leads this research project is "how early childhood education teachers create (plan), develop and evaluate actions to the practice of movement and dance in public schools in Children's Education" Thus, the objectives of this study are: identify, describe and analyze the experiences, materials, space and time in which they occur actions studied in preschools, within the Municipal System of Education in Bauru -. SP To meet our objective a qualitative research will be conducted, a study case, the literature review is ongoing and will give theoretical support for conducting field work, on the steps of collecting and analyzing data. The data collection instruments are direct systematic observations in two schools of the Municipal Education System Bauru, and field diaries. The procedures and tools for collection and analysis of data are based on the Reference National Curriculum for Early Childhood Education (BRAZIL, 1998), Quality Indicators in Early Childhood Education (BRAZIL, 2009a), and Curriculum Guidelines Early Childhood Education (2010).
