Abstract

This project intend to study the mineral coal exploration by company Vale S/A in Mozambique, activity that started in 2011 and for this farmers at Moatize district were reseated in 2009, after concession to land use by the Mozambican State. Will be an multiscale analysis where we want consider the totality, problematised through the study of Territory category and the debate about capitalist expansion. We will study the process of labor mobilization starting from the business that is centered on the exploration of coal by this company. For this aim we will to think like spatial adjustment process, that exports Brazilians capital, in a process understood as the possibility of recovery of idle capital, in order to avert or defer the process of devaluation of capital. We understand the labor mobilization (Gaudemar, 1977) as part of the process of capital territorialization, which in turn is the consolidation of spatial adjustment (Harvey, 2005) that in this case we would like to understand if it causes the process primitive accumulation (Marx, 1986) analyzing the resettlements with farmers Mozambicans and the changes in social practices and obfuscation in relations ongoing.
