Abstract

Given the importance attached to supervised internship and taking the paradigm of reflective teacher (Perrenoud, 2002) as dominant today as regards the training of teachers, our proposal for post-doctoral research aims to understand how is the constitution process of the internship supervisor role , an epistemological perspective of teaching practice. The investigation of the dynamics of teaching knowledge (Tardif, 2010) which are mobilized and emerge over its operations and development of its tasks, on the assumption that internship supervisor role is constructed and reflected in the educational institutions and supervised internship would be spaces that provide the awareness and the (trans) formation of this role. The research, qualitative, collect and analyze preliminary field data in Brazil, together with the teachers responsible for internship at the Universidade Federal do ABC, from meetings with trainees, documents and interviews with reflective episodes reports. Abroad, will have the collaboration of two research groups led by prof. Maurice Tardif, at the Centre de Recherche sur la Interuniversitaire Formation et la Profession Enseignante (CRIFPE), linked to the University of Montreal (Canada, Québec), which will deepen the discussions and enrich the research. Given the lack of studies focused internship supervisor, it is expected that their results may contribute to enhance the understanding of the professional teachers and increase research practices in the field of interships.
