Abstract

This project has the intention to isolate bacterial strains associated with monoalgals cultures that produce plant growth factors. For this, bacteria present in monoalgal cultures will be cultured in petri plates containing medium that promote bacterial growth. The different colonies are isolated in the same culture medium used previously. The obtained pure lines will be stored in microtubes and frozen at -21 ° C. The isolated bacterial strains will undergo testing plant growth promoting factors as indole acetic acid production detection, nitrogen fixation and phosphate solubilization. These strains can be further used for algal growth promotion studies and biotechnological productions.
